• Firstly, each element of a cigarette is automatically monitored by the manufacturing line for optimal quality values.
• Secondly, a team of Quality Inspectors manually examine a cigarette at every production phase.                
• Finally, the Quality Testing Module scrutinizes cigarette samples in the dedicated quality control laboratory.

Quality Control (Secondary) & Product standards

• Material standards are defined, inspected, documented & monitored.
• Infestation and pest management are closely monitored.
• All sensory parameters are analyzed on regular basis by the approved national laboratory.
• Cigarette parameters are controlled during production and processed by qualified Q/C personnel.
• Samples of all brands are stored for 3 months.
• Market feedback will be assessed by obtaining the respective market samples.
• Each brand specification master is documented and used in production process.
• Fully equipped Q/C lab is operating with sophisticated equipment from Germany.
